\"Canadian<\/a>The Pelee Island Bird Observatory has been a proud member of the Canadian Migration Monitoring Network<\/a> (CMMN) since 2005.   Members of the CMMN track the migration of Canada’s birds in the spring and fall each year, adding to our knowledge of population trends, demographics, phenology, and other essential information about the species that pass through each location.  This information is used by governments, environmental organizations, scientists and others to direct our collective actions and improve our ability to conserve Canada’s birds.    Most CMMN members are small non-profit organizations that depend on large numbers of motivated volunteers.   Your support is welcome and very much appreciated!<\/p>\n

L\u2019Observatoire d’oiseaux de l\u2019\u00cele Pelee est un fier membre du R\u00e9seau canadien de surveillance des migrations<\/a> (RCSM) depuis 2005. Chaque ann\u00e9e, les membres du RCSM effectuent la surveillance de la migration printani\u00e8re ou automnale des oiseaux du Canada, contribuant aux connaissances sur les tendances des populations, la d\u00e9mographie, la ph\u00e9nologie et \u00e0 d’autres informations essentielles sur les esp\u00e8ces migratrices dans l’ensemble de leur voie migratoire. Ces connaissances sont utilis\u00e9es par les gouvernements, les organisations environnementales, les scientifiques et autres afin d’orienter nos actions communes et d’am\u00e9liorer notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 conserver les oiseaux au Canada. La plupart des membres du RCSM sont de petites organisations sans but lucratif qui d\u00e9pendent d’un grand nombre de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles d\u00e9vou\u00e9s.
